2009 ZaZa Zin, Old Vine Zinfandel, Lodi                                 BUY NOW
88 POINTS - Wine Spectator - July 2012
"Superripe and loaded with jammy baked cherry flavors, plus notes of licorice, green peppercorn and caramel. A style some will love. Drink now through 2017." - Tim Fish

Winemaker's Notes:
Clear, bright ruby color with glints of violet.  A quintessential old vine Zinfandel with a huge nose with bright ripe red berry, black plum, apple skin and spiced jam.  Juicy raspberry, cranberry and pomegranate dominate the palate, supported by velvety dark chocolate-like tannins that linger on the finish.  Undertones of cedar and cinnamon perfectly compliment the bright fruit and lively acidity.
